We are actively hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant PTA for a direct hire outpatient and home care position in Edison and Piscataway, New Jersey. This role is well-suited for PTAs seeking flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and meaningful patient interaction.

Job Location:
Edison, NJ
Piscataway, NJ

Shift Details:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Evening shifts, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Weekend shifts available
• Home care visits included

Compensation:
• $37 to $50 per hour, depending on experience
• Productivity bonus eligibility for full-time roles

Required Qualifications:
• Current PTA license in New Jersey
• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Minimum 1 year of PTA clinical experience
• PAM Certification
• WebPT charting experience preferred
• Experience working with geriatric patients
• Multilingual ability is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Assist Physical Therapists with treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Document care accurately using WebPT
• Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques
• Support outpatient and home care services
