We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Lebanon, PA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, in-home therapy services while working independently with the support of an experienced clinical team.

Position Overview
The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life—delivered in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement and support individualized patient care plans
Accurately document visits and patient progress using EMR/EHR systems
Manage daily schedules and patient visits independently
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

Associate degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
1+ year of experience in Home Health Care or Home Health
1+ year of experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including:

Practice Partner EMR
EHR systems

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
