Physical Therapy Assistant Job

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in restoring mobility, relieving pain, and improving physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.

Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.

Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
