Physical Therapist Job

Physical Therapist is needed to perform the following duties:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capacities, pain levels and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administering different physical therapy procedures to reduce pain, improve mobility, and develop strength, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and activities, modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
• Ensuring the greatest results by tracking and documenting patient progress and altering treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing information to patients and their families about their conditions, available treatments, and self-care techniques to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Working together to deliver comprehensive patient care with other healthcare professionals like physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Maintaining precise and detailed patient records including billing information, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Keeping abreast of new findings in physical therapy research and development, and applying evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
• Maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment, including correct equipment use and maintenance.
• Communicating with insurance companies and other third-party payers to secure treatment authorization and guarantee prompt reimbursement.
• Participating in professional development activities, such as conferences and continuing education courses, to maintain licensure and to keep up with industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy.
