Physical Therapist Job

Physical Therapist is needed to perform the following duties:

• Specialize in the evaluation and treatment of patients with Stroke, Cervical spondylosis, Low back pain, Knee osteoarthritis, Surgical cases, etc.
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their Concerns.
• Using exercises stretching equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Routinely perform diagnostic and prognostic exams to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Review physician referrals and patients medical records to formulate an accurate diagnosis & best course of treatment.
• Administer carefully designed workout plans for in-facility therapy routines.
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly update documentation, Maintain prescriptions and signatures.
• Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; and Recommending follow-up programs.
• Perform short-term and long-term patient start of care, evaluation, reassessment, routine visits, and discharge.

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy or Healthspan Promotion and Rehabilitation + State License
