Physical Therapist Job

Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities

Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely

Educate patients on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation techniques

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment

Adhere to all state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic protocols

Qualifications & Requirements
Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility

Strong knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation practices

Experience or knowledge in orthopedics preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care

Ability to work effectively in an on-site clinical setting
