Physical Therapist Job

Description:
Join our clinical team as a Certified Physical Therapist dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this full-time role, you will evaluate patient conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and help individuals regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve long-term functional independence.

Schedule & Caseload

•Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
•Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekend shifts required)
•Patient Volume: Average of 14–16 patients per day

Key Responsibilities
•Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing functional assessments to identify physical limitations and rehabilitation goals.
•Design and administer individualized, evidence-based therapy programs utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
•Manage a daily caseload of 14–16 patients efficiently while ensuring personalized attention and high standards of care.
•Educate patients and caregivers on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise routines.
•Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing records in compliance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) standards and state regulations.
•Coordinate with referring physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize patient recovery outcomes.

Qualifications
•Active state license and certification to practice as a Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
•Current CPR/BLS certification.
•Demonstrated ability to manage a 14–16 patient/day schedule with excellent time-management skills.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and motivate patients of diverse backgrounds.
