Job Description

Whole Physical Therapy PC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in San Francisco, CA. The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients by conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide outpatient physical therapy services and therapeutic interventions.
Perform therapeutic exercises and other appropriate treatment techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued improvement.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Current and active California Physical Therapist license.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; PT/DPT degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Cantonese language skills preferred.
Extensive prior experience is not required.

Pay: $50–$65 per hour
