Physical Therapist Job

Physical Therapist is needed to perform the following duties:

• Plan, prepare, and carry out individualized programs of physical treatment to restore physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
• Perform and document initial evaluations, determine diagnosis, and establish treatment goals.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities (TENS, ultrasound, electrical stimulation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatments to maximize patient recovery and outcomes.
• Educate and guide patients and families in exercise, lifestyle modifications, and in-home therapy programs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams; maintain patient records and ensure compliance with standards
• Discharge patients when goals are achieved; provide referrals or follow-up as needed

Bachelor’s degree is required in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy + State License
