We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA for a direct hire role in Edison and Piscataway, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA seeking a stable outpatient and home care position with balanced schedules, supportive leadership, and room for professional growth.
This Physical Therapist Assistant job combines outpatient rehabilitation with home care visits, offering variety in your caseload and the chance to build long-term patient relationships.

Location:
Edison, NJ and Piscataway, NJ Therapists must be willing to work across both locations.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Evening shifts, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Weekend shifts available
Home care visits included

Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Jersey
Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
PAM Certification required
Experience using WebPT documentation
Comfortable working with a geriatric population
Multilingual skills preferred
Clean background check required

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient and home-based physical therapy treatments
Assist Physical Therapists with patient care plans
Document treatment sessions accurately in WebPT
Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility goals
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and care teams
