iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Brain Injury Medicine Specialist (NOC 31100) to join our interdisciplinary teams across British Columbia, offering a unique opportunity to work with patients recovering from concussion, neurological trauma, and chronic pain within a collaborative care model.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician with expertise in brain injury medicine and rehabilitation to practice in a patient-focused environment dedicated to evidence-based concussion care. You will collaborate closely with neurologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
Position highlights

• Focus on concussion, mild to severe traumatic brain injury, post-concussion syndrome, neurological rehabilitation, and chronic pain management

Responsibilities
• Assess and manage patients with concussion and traumatic brain injuries
• Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
• Manage neurological, cognitive, functional, and pain-related symptoms
• Provide return-to-work, return-to-school, and functional capacity recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions

• Royal College certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (FRCPC) or American Board Certification
• CMPA membership
• Experience or a strong interest in concussion and neurorehabilitation
