Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn and Do):

As a Photographer Trainee, your journey with She Sells LLC will involve learning and contributing to the following areas:

Photography Fundamentals:

Learn and apply core principles of photography, including composition, lighting (natural and artificial), exposure, and focus.

Understand different camera settings, lenses, and equipment used in various photographic scenarios.

Practice shooting techniques for diverse subjects, focusing on quality and visual appeal relevant to our content needs.

Photo Editing & Post-Production:

Receive in-depth training on industry-standard photo editing software, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

Learn advanced techniques for color correction, retouching, cropping, and enhancing images to meet our quality standards.

Understand file management, organization, and efficient workflows for large volumes of digital assets.

Video Fundamentals & Editing (Basic):

Gain an introduction to basic video capture principles and equipment.

Learn fundamental video editing concepts, potentially including an introduction to software like Adobe Premiere Pro, to assist with minor video adjustments or processing.

Content Processing & Quality Control:

Assist in the intake and initial review of submitted photo and video content, learning our quality benchmarks and guidelines.

Learn to identify and flag potential issues related to technical quality, compliance, and privacy protocols.

Understand and contribute to the process of preparing content for internal review and archiving.

Equipment Management:

Learn proper handling, maintenance, and organization of photography and videography equipment.

Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment as needed for internal testing or specific projects.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with senior team members to understand project requirements and receive constructive feedback.
