Job Description:
Pharmacy Manager Services is needed to perform the following duties:
• Providing effective leadership to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork.
• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating pharmacy personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and performance expectations.
• Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescriptions, compounding medications, and managing inventory levels to meet patient needs.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice, including controlled substance laws and pharmacy board requirements.
• Implementing quality assurance programs to monitor the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing and compounding processes.
• Providing medication therapy management services and counseling patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens, resolve medication-related problems, and improve patient outcomes.
• Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and medication adherence issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service by promptly addressing patient
• inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive pharmacy environment.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience and loyalty.
• Managing pharmacy finances, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes, to ensure financial viability and sustainability.
• Utilizing pharmacy management software to maintain accurate patient records, process prescriptions, and generate reports for regulatory compliance and business analysis.
Bachelor’s degree is required in Management or Operations Management or Business Management
