Pharmacy Manager Services Job

Pharmacy Manager Services is needed to perform the following duties :

• Analyze pricing strategies, competitor offerings, and sales trends to assist management in selecting pharmacy merchandise.
• Assist the VP in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis to improve store profitability.
• Supervise store operations staff including front desk clerks, and oversee scheduling and task delegation.
• Conduct inventory analysis and coordinate purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support marketing and promotion campaigns by coordinating displays, discounts, and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, track business metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare executive-level reports and strategic presentations based on operational data for the president.

Bachelor Degree in Management or Operations Management or Business Management
