Pharmacy Manager Services Job

Pharmacy Manager Services is needed to perform the following duties:

• Oversee pharmacy financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure profitability while maintaining quality patient care.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for pharmacy merchandise and services based on financial performance analysis.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to improve pharmacy efficiency and guide strategic decisions.
• Supervise and train staff in inventory control, procurement, and sales monitoring to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with insurers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for upper management review.
• Create financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, expansions, or acquisitions for the pharmacy.
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain working capital for daily operations.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and contracts to achieve financial targets.
• Advise senior leadership on financial risks and propose mitigations based on forecasting.
• Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external audits with timely, accurate records.

Bachelor Degree is required in Management or Operation Management or Business Management or Business Administration
