Responsibilities

Tasks
• Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate
• Enter client information in databases
• Help pharmacists
• Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
• Maintain prescription records
• Prepare medications for clients
• Help with scheduling and workflow
• Collaborate closely with clinic staff to confirm patient treatment schedules and coordinate medication shipments to ensure medications are available prior to scheduled appointments.
• Maintain supplies
• Prepare, file, and maintain documentation including prescription records, invoices,
and reports, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between pharmacists, clinics, physicians Offices , Preferred Pharmacy Networks (PPNs), field teams, and internal departments to coordinate medication orders, shipment logistics, inventory status, and resolve operational issues.
