Pharmacist Job

Pharmacist is needed to perform the following duties:

● Compound and dispense medications as per the prescriptions issued by healthcare professionals;
● Coordinate communication with doctors, insurance companies and patients.
● Ensure correct medication, dose, administration instructions, quantities, number of refills as per the written/electronic prescription.
● Monitor drug interactions, duplicate therapies, side effects and advise interventions
● Assist customers on the selection of medications, medical equipment and health-care supplies
● Educate customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
● Oversee direct pharmacy technical staff in the execution of technical functions.
● Comply with all State and Federal Laws and Regulations with regards to pharmaceutical practices
● Maintain full control over stocking, preparing and delivering medications
● Administer various vaccines; Influenza, Pneumonia, Shingles and Covid-19
● Keep records and perform other administrative tasks in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, procedures.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences + Active state license.
