Compensation: $28.85/hour
Benefit: Ten (10) days of paid vacation
Work hours: 40 hours/week
Work location: Unit 120, 6386 No. 3 Rd, Richmond BC V6Y 0L8

Main duties:
ƒ8¡5 Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the pet grooming salon
ƒ8¡5 Implement operational procedures, develop or contribute to marketing plans to promote the establishment
ƒ8¡5 Create staff work schedules and monitor their performance
ƒ8¡5 Train and supervise staff
ƒ8¡5 Plan and control budget and inventory
ƒ8¡5 Manage customer complaints
ƒ8¡5 Washing dogs and cats using appropriate shampoos and conditioners
ƒ8¡5 Trimming and shaping fur according to pet owner preferences
ƒ8¡5 Recommending grooming products for pet owners

6¦1 A college diploma or vocational certificate in animal handling, grooming, or other animal-related disciplines are preferred
6¦1 Minimum of two years of experience in pet grooming and experience in pet grooming salon management
6¦1 Adapt to a fast-paced environment, attention to detail
6¦1 Excellent customer service attitude and oral communication
