Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager (NOC 60040)
Number of vacancies: 1 (one)
Wage: $ 34.07 CAD hourly
Working hours per week: 30 to 35 hours per Week
Work Location:
356 Lakeshore Rd West Mississauga, ON L5H 1H3
-On-site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Pet grooming shop
Work conditions: Day, Early Morning, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Weekend
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
Language Required: English
Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience Required: 1 year of experience
Job Duties:
-Direct and control daily operations
-Evaluate daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
-Plan and organize daily operations
-Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
-Plan and control budget and inventory
-Manage or review contracts for advertising and assist with marketing strategies
-Hire and supervise staff
-Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely manner and makes it right with them
-Provide staff training on grooming dogs
-Report to business owner
-Ensure all team are happy and have everything they need
-The employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the employee´s work, such as helping with ideas on how to make the pet parent experience better or ensuring clean installations and that the team members assist with their duties in the salon
