Position: Pest Control Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week & overtime needed)
Hourly Wage: $38.50 (Depends on experience)

Primary Service of Business: Providing specialized cleaning, biohazard remediation, hoarding cleanup, and pest control services

MAIN DUTIES:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of pest control technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks on completed pest control treatments to verify their effectiveness and compliance with company standards
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulations governing the safe handling, application, and storage of pesticides
• Review incoming service requests, assign work orders, and coordinate technician schedules to maximize operational efficiency
• Estimate service requirements, prepare quotations, and determine pricing for residential and commercial pest control services
• Monitor inventory levels of pesticides, equipment, and supplies, and arrange for replenishment as needed
• Coordinate the maintenance and assignment of company vehicles and equipment to ensure technicians are properly equipped for each job
• Recruit, train, and mentor new pest control technicians on company procedures, safety protocols, and industry best practices
• Evaluate employee performance, provide ongoing coaching, and recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures when necessary
• Communicate with customers to assess their pest control needs, explain treatment plans and service recommendations, and address questions or concerns
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports, maintain service records, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and workplace safety

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required
• Several years of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised are usually required
