Personnel clerks supervisor Job

We offer $25/hour with 35 hours per week at least for this is a personnel clerks supervisor postion.

-Manage and coordinate the activities of personnel clerks, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.
-Train new and existing personnel clerks on HR policies, software, and procedures relevant to the forestry industry.
-Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including contracts, benefits, certifications (such as safety and environmental compliance), and timekeeping.
-Supervise clerks in managing high turnover or seasonal worker documentation.
-Ensure smooth hiring and payroll processes for seasonal staff, often employed in forestry operations.

-Strong organizational and communication abilities.
-Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
-Completion of a college diploma or higher is required.
-2-3 years of working experience is required.
