Personal Support Worker (PSW) – NOC 33102 Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join Charlotte County Care Home in Pennfield, New Brunswick. The PSW will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
Key duties include:

• Assisting residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Providing support with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, and making beds.
• Planning and preparing meals and assisting residents with feeding when required.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting any changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Maintaining accurate care records and following company policies and safety procedures.

Salary :$19.77/hour, 40 hrs per week)

• PSW certificate or related healthcare training preferred.
• Prior experience in home support or caregiving is an asset.

• Physically capable of assisting residents with mobility and daily tasks.
