Job duties:
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, turning, lifting, and positioning clients.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and support menu selection.
• Supervise or assist with clients’ exercise routines and accompany them on walks or recreational activities.
• Take and record vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, pulse, fluid intake/output.
• Observe and document clients’ conditions, report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide first aid in emergency situations within the scope of training.
• Transport clients using wheelchair or stretcher when needed.
• Make beds, tidy clients’ living areas, and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with cleaning and setting up simple equipment as required.
