Hours: 35 to 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time with Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day and Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
1. Assisting patient with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene;
2. Helping patient with mobility and transfers also the patient safety moves from bed to chair, assisting walking and using mobility aids;
3. Providing companionship and emotional support to patients, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment;
4. Documenting and reporting on patient care, including any changes in condition, to the healthcare team;
5. Plan and prepare meals and special diets or assist in feeding client;
6. Ensuring cleanliness and safety within the patient’s living space, including changing bed linens and maintaining a tidy environment. do laundry and washing dishes;
7. Collaborating with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care;
8. Supporting the rehabilitation process by encouraging patients to participate in their therapeutic exercises and activities, and
9. Supporting family members by educating them on the patient's needs, helping them understand how to assist with care.
