WORK LOCATION: In Person. Various client residences in Hamilton West and surrounding areas, ON
WAGES: $ 22.00/hour
SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week
BUSINESS ADDRESS: 2 Highland Park Drive, Dundas, ON L9H 3L8
Provide compassionate, client-centered care in clients’ homes throughout Hamilton West and the surrounding area. Work will take place at multiple locations and will vary based on client needs.

Provide compassionate, client-centered care in clients’ homes throughout Hamilton West and the surrounding area. Work will take place at multiple locations and will vary based on client needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year and 6 months of related work experience.
Languages: English (oral and written)
• Provide care and companionship for individuals and families during periods of incapacitation, convalescence, or family disruption
• Administer bedside and personal care, including aid in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and undressing
• Plan and prepare meals, including special diets, and assist in feeding clients
• Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with administration of medications under the direction of a supervisor or nurse
• Support clients in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Travel required to client homes
• Mileage reimbursement for client-related travel
• Candidate must have own vehicle and driver’s license
• Physically demanding

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion

• Efficient interpersonal skills
