Personal Support Worker Job

You will be employed as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) – NOC 44101.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

· Assisting clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming,
toileting, and mobility support;
· Providing companionship and emotional support to clients while promoting dignity,
independence, and overall well-being;
· Assisting with meal preparation, feeding support, medication reminders, and
maintaining a clean and safe living environment;
· Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions
to supervisors or healthcare professionals;
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client care, daily activities,
and incident reporting;
· Following all workplace health and safety procedures, infection control practices, and
employer policies while delivering care services;
· Performing additional duties and responsibilities related to the designated job position
as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
