Personal Injury Law Clerk
• Available in Duluth, GA

Job Duties:
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury law to stay informed about industry developments and updates.
• Examine legal facts and evidence in personal injury cases, ensuring they align with current laws, court rulings, and regulations.
• Draft legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and other key documents for attorney review.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of personal injury claims and lawsuits, including gathering and organizing medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents.
• Review and organize client communication and documentation, ensuring all materials are accurately filed and easily accessible for case proceedings.
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to gather information, provide case updates, and facilitate the resolution of claims.
• Support attorneys by preparing for depositions, mediations, trials, and other legal proceedings, including summarizing depositions and gathering exhibit materials, etc.
• All duties are directed and closely supervised by personal injury attorneys

Education Requirement:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law

Skill Requirement:
• Fluency in Korean
