Personal Care Attendant Job

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and committed to helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Remind clients to take medications (no administration).
Assist with errands and transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Follow care plans and agency policies at all times.
Maintain client confidentiality and a safe home environment.

Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or personal care experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and care plans
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
Ability to pass background check and employment screening.
Must be legally authorized to work.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and assist with mobility.
