Permanent and F/T HAIRSTYLING SALON MANAGER Job

1189919 BC Ltd. dba EN FORET BEAUTY HAIR & SPA in Port Moody, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T HAIRSTYLING SALON MANAGER.

Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of hairstyling salon.
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing.
• Manage procedures, staff performance and customer intake procedures.
• Plan, control and manage budget and inventory salon products by maintain records of stock quantities and ordering items.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon’s needs.
• Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon.
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff.
• Hire, train and supervise salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations.

Requirements:
- Completion of a secondary school
- 3 years to less than 5 years of related work experience.
- $35 per hour based on 30 to 40 hours per week
- Proficiency in English
