Job Summary:
Provide services primarily at a Davenport, IA location, with the possibility of coverage at additional clinics in Clinton, IA and Silvis, IL. Must be willing to travel between these three locations.
Work as part of a collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff.
Deliver comprehensive oncology care with an emphasis on patient and family support and education.
Participate in a program offering innovative treatments, advanced technology, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotics), tumor boards, clinical trials, dietician support, cancer navigation services, and radiation oncology.
Provide both outpatient and inpatient support with hospitalist team collaboration.
Work in a physician-led medical group that emphasizes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed during interview; candidates may submit salary expectations)
$20,000 commencement bonus with a 5-year commitment.
Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (if applicable).
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Generous PTO package: 4 weeks’ vacation, 1 week CME, and 6 paid holidays.
CME allowance.
