Position Title: Performance Analyst II
Location: 1903 Ascension Blvd., Arlington TX 76006
Position Responsibilities: Accurately resolve account-specific inquiries on wealth tech system performance or other service issues. Perform ad hoc client assignments and recurring daily, monthly checklist tasks specific to client assignments. Support daily communication on performance related requests, tickets and processing status in a timely and professional manner. Review and evaluate overnight processes and issues between internal records and client book of record. Conduct client training on proprietary applications. Drive communication and follow through for overnight issues, complex load items, custom program specific to clients, performance questions, and custom reports. Maintain accurate KPI data and generate monthly performance statistics data for presentation to clients. Track time-keeping entries for professional services, and archive client communications in CRM database. Create and maintain client operation documentation and archive results. Create development plan Analyst I and Auditors. Maintain functional knowledge of team clients. Support daily operations of client relationship and monthly calls.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, or related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: Excel; R; SQL; SAS Enterprise Miner; Tally ERP.9; Tableau; Financial Modeling; Prezi Presentation; Excel Smart View; Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle Business Intelligence. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
