We are hiring a Per Diem Occupational Therapist Job in Edison and Piscataway NJ for an outpatient and home care rehabilitation setting. This direct hire PRN opportunity is ideal for Occupational Therapists seeking flexible scheduling while maintaining consistent clinical engagement. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinic coverage and home care visits, primarily serving a geriatric patient population.

Location
Edison, NJ and Piscataway, NJ
Candidates must be willing to work across both locations and complete home care visits as assigned.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Evening shifts available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Weekend shifts available
Combination of outpatient clinic and home care visits

Compensation
Hourly pay for this Per Diem Occupational Therapist Job in Edison and Piscataway NJ is based on experience starting at $37/hour with maximum rate up to $65/hour for highly specialized candidates.

Requirements
Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy License
Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT)
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
PAM Certification required
Experience working with geriatric patients
WebPT documentation experience
Ability to work with non-English speaking patients preferred
Clean background check required
