Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration, with a strong focus on PeopleTools and PIA environments.
Expertise in WebLogic and Tuxedo administration, including domain configuration, clustering, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SSL/SSO implementation and management.
Proficiency in performance monitoring and tuning, with the ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
Strong skills in cache and log analysis for effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience in security administration, including roles, permission lists, and user management.
Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
