Job Summary
The Pega Lead Business Architect leads cross-functional teams to turn business requirements, process flows, and use cases into effective software solutions. This role bridges business and technical teams, supports Agile delivery, and ensures solutions align with user needs and enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and functional designs
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams
• Lead workshops, backlog reviews, sprint planning, and solution discussions
• Support SDLC activities including requirements management, testing, deployment, and release documentation
• Create use cases, wireframes, training materials, and release notes
• Define acceptance criteria, support test execution, and mentor team members
Required Skills and Certification
• PEGA Business Architect certification with post-certification experience
• Strong experience in business analysis, use case development, and Agile software delivery
• Experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC
• Skilled in requirements documentation, functional design, testing, and training materials
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study
Preferred Skills and Certification
• Experience with enterprise software configuration and deployment
• Broad experience in organizations delivering software solutions to customers
• Technical background in IT or software development
