Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and developmental issues.
• Provide patient care that includes medication administration, pain management, and preventive health measures.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.
• Educate patients and their families about health issues, nutrition, and wellness practices.
• Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Stay current with advancements in internal medicine practices, medical terminology, and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication.
