- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in Texas or willingness to obtain one
- 1-5 years of experience in a dental office
- New graduates with advanced training are encouraged to apply

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about pediatric dentistry
