Job Description

- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Compensation: $40 to 45 per hour
- Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Vacancy: 1
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Duties
- Operate tower cranes to lift, transport, and accurately position construction materials and equipment at required locations.
- Conduct pre-operationl inspections and calculate load capacities to ensure safe and proper rigging and hoisting procedures.
- Carry out routine maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic safety checks.
Job Requirements

- No formal education is required, but completion of secondary school is an asset.
- No prior experience is required, but completion of a one- to three-year apprenticeship program or industry training in crane operation is an asset.
- Trade certification for tower crane operators is required.
- Qualified crane operators may obtain Red Seal endorsement by passing the interprovincial examination.
