Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for placed contractors and temps.
Maintain accurate records of hours, wages, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and tax requirements.
Handle worker classification (W-2 vs. 1099) correctly.
Assist with audits and internal reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance standards.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
