Payroll Administrator Job

We see to hire a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for full cycle payroll for up to 250 staff.

Key responsibilities:
- Process weekly payrolls for approximately 250 employees and maintain accurate employee records.
- Reconcile all payroll accounts to the general ledger.
- Perform manual calculations and related entries for retroactive pays, corrections, vacation payouts, deductions, taxable benefits, etc.
- Prepare and submit accurate Records of Employment (ROE) and ITA hours.
- Provide payroll support to employees and communicate any payroll issues that arise with management.
- Being accountable for the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, reconciliation, deposits, credit card transactions posting, inventory.
- Other tasks, such as year-end documentation preparation, etc., as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance,economics or a related field.
- 1+ years payroll and general accounting experience is required.
- Work well with deadlines and driven to achieve goals.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of federal statutes and payroll reporting requirements.
- Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) would be an asset.
