Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for all employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction payroll
  • Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
  • Proficiency in payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$23 per hour

The position requires a drug test to be completed, contingent upon employment, and a background check if applicable.
