Job Description
. Oversee the consistent application of all relevant administrative procedures
. Maintain standards of excellence in patient-centered nursing care
. Manage patient transitions across various levels of health care
. Drive process optimization by using creative solutions to improve bed assignment, patient movement, and resource allocation
. Manage budgeting
. Support recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional growth initiatives for staff
. Manage and monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
. Contribute to the formulation and refinement of operational policies within the unit
. Supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and other nursing personnel
. Establish and coordinate nursing services in collaboration with multidisciplinary health teams
