Patent Specialist(Santa Ana, CA) Conducting thorough research to assess the patentability of new pharmaceutical inventions or improvements including reviewing existing patents, scientific literature, and regulatory requirements. Assisting attorneys in drafting patent applications for new pharmaceutical products, formulations, processes, or technologies including preparing detailed descriptions, claims, and drawings that meet legal and technical standards. Managing the patent prosecution process, which includes communicating with patent examiners, responding to office actions, and ensuring compliance with patent laws and regulations. 40hours/week, Offered wage: $65,894/year, Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related required.
