Emerald Community Fellowship, located in Eugene, Oregon, is searching for a new full-time pastor to serve our congregation and community. Our new pastor will lead the shaping of a new vision for the church in the neighborhood and the city, and shepherd the congregation both collectively and individually. A competitive compensation package, including benefits, will be negotiated.

We are a missional church with a legacy of mission and ministry. We hope to broaden our impact on our local community, in unexpected and creative ways, and deepen our own relationships with God and one another.  We want to continually grow in our understanding of what it means to live out sacrificial love. Our small congregation (about 25 active participants) is committed to Emerald’s future. The successful candidate is someone who will work in our culturally vibrant neighborhood as well as minister to our predominately retired and ethnically diverse congregation. The desire and ability to help us bravely step into a new vision will be a prized asset.

The optimum candidate will have an MDiv OR a bachelor's degree and nine years' experience directly serving in ministry. Requires experience working with volunteers also.
