Parts inventory Counter Job

The jobs are sporadic throughout the year. Most associates use our jobs as supplemental income. We pay $20/Hr and guarantee 5 hrs on weekends as long as you arrive on time. We stay until the job is complete, but some inventories can take longer, some can be shorter, depending on the Dealership. Our weekend inventories start at 7:19 am and Weekdays between 4-6pm. It all depends on the Dealership. We pay by Direct Deposit or money card, and you will receive a W2 at the end of the year. Your position as a counter is going to the dealership with the provided information and doing an inventory on the parts department. When scanned inventory you use the scan gun provided to scan each tag and barcode and precisely enter the quantity. When manual inventory, you are partnered up with another person, one is a writer one is a counter. the counter calls out the part number to the writer and while paying close attention to detail tells the writer the quantity. The writer listens closely to the part number and write down the quantity called out by the counter.
