Employment Terms: Full Time – Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist retail, sales, and shop customers with parts selection and provide professional service.
2. Answer phone inquiries and provide pricing and product information.
3. Review estimates and ensure correct parts and pricing are ordered.
4. Prepare accessory quotes for the Sales Department.
5. Pull, fill, receive, and process parts orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
6. Source out-of-stock and back-ordered parts and arrange emergency orders when required.
7. Notify service advisors and customers when special-ordered parts are received.
8. Process retail payments and obtain credit authorization when required.
9. Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed to service repair orders.
10. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
11. Track lost sales and report inventory issues to the Parts Manager.
12. Maintain clean and organized parts counter areas and a professional appearance.
13. Participate in available training and stay current on new products and updates.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
2. Work Experience: At least 1-year related experience in parts sales is required.
3. Driver’s License is preferred.
4. Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
6. Comfort using inventory management software and manufacturer lookup tools
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. A proactive, problem-solving attitude – you don’t just find parts, you find solutions.
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 2 days off per week on weekends
