I Sell For You (ISFY) is a fast-growing US sales marketplace. E-commerce and DTC brands bring us their abandoned carts and inbound leads, and our US phone sales team recovers the carts, calls back the leads and upsells. We are paid on results only: we take a share of the revenue we recover, so a brand pays nothing until it earns.
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to build the channel that brings us brands: e-commerce agencies, 3PLs, Shopify app partners, payment and CRO consultants. You report to the CEO and own the partner pipeline from first call to signed referral agreement.
What you will do:
- Find, pitch and sign referral partners: e-commerce agencies, 3PLs, Shopify app partners, CRO and email agencies
- Run partner calls and demos, explain our pay-on-results model and the referral terms
- Co-market with partners: webinars, case studies, intros to their brand clients
- Hand qualified brand intros to our sales team and track them to signed contract
- Own the partner CRM: outreach, follow-ups, agreements, monthly partner report to the CEO
What we need:
- Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US (Miami is a plus, not required)
- 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales or business development in the e-commerce ecosystem
- A real network among agencies, 3PLs or Shopify app partners
- Hunter mentality: you build the partner list yourself and close
- Clear written and spoken English, comfortable on video and phone
How we hire: a short practical task (you pick 10 partners you would sign first and tell us how), then two interviews, then references. Your first 90 days come with three clear, measurable goals.
Compensation: USD 70,000 - 110,000 base per year plus uncapped commission and bonus on every brand that comes through your partners. Full-time, remote in the United States.
