Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects. As a lead consultant in SuccessFactors and Robotic process automations successfully implement SuccessFactors Talent modules like Performance Goals, Onboarding, Recruiting Management and Learning Management System, aligning HRIS systems. Be involved in requirement gathering and design deployment, integration, and testing strategies. Work on SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation, enhance efficiency by building solutions for various business needs. Implement as per Certifications in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, LMS, Performance Management, Goal Management, Recruitment Management, and Onboarding), Contribute to the SuccessFactors community portal, providing solutions and testing in Stage/Test environments. Design process documents, solution designs, as is, to be processes and involve in workshops with the client to stake holders for BOT road maps. Design various BOTs for document management within and outside SuccessFactors space. Learning, recruiting, onboarding implementation, and working with business around requirements, helping business around what’s best suited. Integrate CDP to LMS to show catalogue, record completions, launch courses etc. Help clients to build competency and align them with learning and performance. Course integrations with external like from Open HPI, Course era. Involved in release updates by SuccessFactors. Document and discuss with the specific teams to check and align SAP upgrades for business strategy, system, or stakeholders. Develop various BOTS: WOBOT – Workorder BOT, help with implementation of S4 HANA, to extract bulk information from S4 cloud system in a form of report. Accounts Invoice BOT – BOT to read invoices from email, manipulate information, send information to SharePoint. Train the learning team on various aspects of achieving 100% compliance and rebuilding the model of course assignment. Create performance forms and test them with business so business can launch the forms across the organization. Help business in defining onboarding process to cut paperwork to zero. Help clients in defining new hire activities for internal and external users and triggering as per the onboarding process. Work on S4 HANA integration with SuccessFactors employee central where the source of truth is EC Provide solutions around day-to-day issues for onboarding and recruitment and other SF components. Involve in quarterly releases updates by SuccessFactors, document and take screenshots of the updates and discuss with the specific teams to check if the updates affect or help the business strategy, system, or end user. Make note of anticipated system downtime to calculate deliveries and expect delays with scheduled reports or jobs. Work with clients and helping BAU teams identify the change required, helping them mitigate the risks. Telework Option Available.
Education: Three years of University Studies in any subject. *Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. Foreign academic equivalence acceptable.
