Part-Time Sales Trainer & Script Writer Job

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer / Sales Coach to work with our sales team on a part-time or contract basis.

The main focus of this role will be to train sales agents, improve their sales and calling performance, and create effective sales scripts and training materials.

Responsibilities:

Train and coach sales agents on effective sales techniques
Create sales scripts, talk tracks, call flows, and objection-handling responses
Help agents improve their outbound and phone sales conversations
Review agent performance and provide practical feedback
Develop training materials and resources for the sales team
Help improve sales processes and overall team performance
Work with management to understand sales goals and tailor training accordingly

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales training, sales coaching, or sales management
Strong sales background, preferably in outbound or phone-based sales
Experience creating sales scripts, talk tracks, or sales training materials
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Ability to identify sales challenges and provide practical solutions
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Must be based in the United States
Candidates in Florida or Oregon are strongly preferred
