Job Description:
Supportive Home Care Services is seeking a passionate, outgoing, and motivated Home Care Community Liaison to represent our agency across Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating the community, and connecting individuals in need with compassionate, in-home care services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as a keen understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.

This part-time role offers the opportunity for full-time advancement.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, senior living, or community outreach..
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with professionals and families alike.
Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
