Breads and Beyond Bakery is seeking a motivated Bakery Prep Associate to assist with scratch baking and daily bakery prep tasks. This role offers hands-on experience with mixing batters and doughs while learning the operations of a busy bakery kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and prepare ingredients for bakery recipes

• Mix doughs and batters from scratch

• Support production of breads, pastries and baked goods

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Assist bakery staff during production shifts

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of bakery or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to follow recipes and preparation procedures

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay $16–$20 depending on experience
